Name badge shall always be worn when attending the sessions and official programme.
Attending participants can download their Certificate of Attendance in the Online Registration portal within one week after the event.
The coatroom is on the first floor (entrance level); please follow the signage. On Saturday, November 16, luggage storage will be provided until 1:30 p.m. A tag will be given to you for all items being kept in that area. The tag needs to be provided to collect your belongings.
Note that there is no coatroom on Levels 3 and 2, where the sessions will be held.
The Conference Survey will be available online on the website and in the mobile app after the event.
Breakfast, Coffee Breaks and Lunches are included in the registration fee and will be served in the Periodicals & Reference Area, Level 3.
The Organisers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained or for loss or damage to property belongings of Conference participants or their accompanying persons either during or because of the Conference or during the official programme. Participants should seek insurance coverage for health and accident, lost luggage, and trip cancellation.
Wi-Fi is available in the venue for all delegates.

Presentations must be handed over to the personnel in the lecture room with a USB stick at least 15 minutes before the start of the session. All speakers must be in the lecture room 10 minutes before the session starts to meet with the session chairs. Click here for the detailed presentation guidelines.

The Meeting Organisers act as agents only in securing hotels, transport, and travel services, and shall in no event be liable for acts or commissions in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or by the employees of such contractors. Hotel and transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the public. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance. The Meeting Organisers reserve the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned. All disputes are subject to resolution under Czech Law.
