We understand you may have some questions relating to the latest developments of the COVID 19 pandemic and PTCOG-NA’s conference plans for 2021. Please review our FAQs below which will continue to be updated as we receive any additional questions and/or information:
The 7th Annual PTCOG-NA Conference will now be held online as a virtual event. The virtual conference will be held during the same dates of September 18-20, 2021, with a slightly updated program via a dedicated online conference platform. It will still include all educational and scientific components planned, posters, opportunities for networking and interaction with industry. The next confirmed PTCOG-NA event following the virtual conference will be the 8th Annual PTCOG-NA Conference to be held in combination with PTCOG 60 in Miami, June 27 through July 2, 2022. We are now also in the process of confirming dates for the 9th Annual PTCOG-NA Conference to be held in Seattle in the fall of 2023. Finally, in addition PTCOG-NA are looking into additional educational activities and will confirm dates when plans are finalized.
Please be aware of some key changes relevant to the virtual event:
A. Time Zone Change:
Please note that the virtual conference will now be held in the Central US time zone (GMT-5). This is to better fit to our audience across north America.
B. Online Interactive Program:
We invite all participants to review the updated online interactive program for the virtual conference available here. It is worth noting we have not reduced any scientific content across the conference.

D. Virtual Conference Features:
The 7th Annual PTCOG-NA Conference will continue to feature the following key highlights within the virtual conference:
An optional on-site destination hub in Seattle at the Edgewater Hotel to join colleagues who still wish to travel and attend the virtual conference together
We understand some were unable to travel to Seattle in the current climate and may wish to now register for the virtual conference. New registrations are welcomed for the virtual event and available via the conference website HERE.
As noted in a separate communication to all registered participants, due to the difference in registration fees, you will receive a 20% refund against the amount you have already paid. Please confirm your choice of Option A, B or C from the following three options and send to email@example.com by Wednesday September 8, 2021. In the email please clearly state your name and your registration number as shown above.
You have the choice of the following options:
A. Attendee Virtual Conference + Membership Voucher:
This option, in addition to your conference registration, will provide you with a voucher to the value of 20% of your registration fee already paid. This can be used towards you next PTCOG-NA membership. The voucher will be sent shortly after receipt of your interest in this option and stored in your personal membership portal.
B. Attendee Virtual + Refund:
This option, in addition to your conference registration, will provide you with a monetary refund to the value of 20% of your registration fee already paid. For those who have paid by Credit Card the same card will be used to send funds. For those who have paid by bank transfer we will send a special email and request the bank details needed for international transfer.
C. Conference Cancellation:
If you are unwilling to attend the virtual conference, please note that we will accept a transfer of registration to a new name or colleague. In this instance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event you still wish to cancel, cancellation needs to be received in writing to the same email address. A cancellation fee of $50 will apply and be reduced from the registration refund.
Once again please send your choice selected to email@example.com by Wednesday September 8, 2021.
For all participants who have purchased a Gala ticket these funds will be refunded to you in full. For those who have paid by Credit Card the same card will be used to send funds. For those who have paid by bank transfer we will send a special email and request the bank details needed for international transfer. You don’t need to contact us for this refund, however, please do allow up to 30 days for the receipt of funds
PTCOG-NA is accepting a registration name transfer by Wednesday September 8, 2021. Please contact the PTCOG-NA Registration Secretariat on firstname.lastname@example.org providing the details of your current registration and the details of whom you would like to transfer it to
