Welcome to the PTCOG NA 12th Annual Meeting in Washington, DC!
We are delighted to welcome you to this year’s gathering and extend our deepest appreciation to all attendees, distinguished speakers, and generous sponsors. Your commitment and support continue to drive innovation in particle therapy and advance patient care across the nation.
After an inspiring meeting in the heart of Shreveport last year, we are excited to reconvene the proton community in our nation’s capital. From November 6–8, 2026, we invite you to join colleagues from across the field to exchange ideas, spark collaboration, and contribute to the rapidly evolving landscape of particle therapy.
Our scientific program and networking events are designed to offer both practical insights and meaningful connections. A special highlight this year is our venue—the newly opened Johns Hopkins Bloomberg Center, located just steps from the U.S. Capitol and surrounded by Washington’s most iconic landmarks. As Johns Hopkins University’s new academic home in the heart of D.C., the Center brings world class research and expertise directly to the nation’s capital to help address today’s most pressing challenges. It provides an ideal setting for conversation, collaboration, and the advancement of particle therapy.
As you participate in this thoughtfully curated weekend, we hope you take advantage of the opportunity to explore the city while engaging in discussions that move our field forward. The call for abstracts is officially open, and we look forward to an exceptional meeting featuring educational sessions for physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, administrators, and the broader particle therapy community.
Together, let’s continue pushing the boundaries of cancer treatment and research. Here’s to a productive, inspiring, and memorable conference!
We look forward to seeing you in November!
