POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

All presenting authors attending the Annual Meeting should bring their printed posters to the venue. The event does not include any e-posters. Therefore, you do not need to upload posters online.

Posters will be displayed for the entire meeting.

Poster Dimensions

The maximum allowed poster dimensions are 48 inches (height) × 72 inches (width).

You can select portrait, landscape, or square orientation, but please make sure your poster does not exceed the maximum size. Otherwise, there will not be enough space for your poster.

Mounting and Dismantling

The poster area is in Conference Rooms 944 and 955 (9th floor; refer to the floor plans here) and will be open for poster mounting starting Friday, November 6, at 11:30 a.m. Please set up posters before the Poster Session, which starts on Friday at 4:00 p.m. Suitable fixing materials will be available on-site.

Each poster will be displayed on one side of a poster board, and each poster space will be assigned a unique number. Please make sure to mount your poster on the poster board corresponding to your assigned poster number (sent via e-mail). We assigned poster numbers based on the topics selected during abstract submission.

Please remove your poster by Sunday, November 8, at 12:15 p.m. The event organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to posters that are not removed by the specified time. Posters left behind after this time will be disposed of.

Poster Session

Presenting authors are encouraged to attend the poster session to answer delegates' questions on Friday, November 6, from 4:00 to 4:45 p.m. The poster session will not be moderated.

You may also be available to discuss your poster during the coffee and lunch breaks, if you wish.

Tips for Preparing your Poster

  • Content: Use a short descriptive title, full names of contributing authors, and their affiliations.
  • Make your message clear: Highlight your AIM and CONCLUSION using bold text and color.
  • Be brief: Use bullet points and only the most relevant text. 200–300 words are more than enough for the main text.
  • Pictures and graphics: Particular attention should be paid to the resolution of pictures. As a rule of thumb, use a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Make use of color and graphics. At least two figures or other visual elements are recommended to illustrate your study results.
