All presenting authors attending the Annual Meeting should bring their printed posters to the venue. The event does not include any e-posters. Therefore, you do not need to upload posters online.
Posters will be displayed for the entire meeting.
Presentation Format
- Supported file types: PPTX or PDF
- The presentation screen will have a 16:9 aspect ratio. Please avoid Apple Keynote and Prezi presentations, as the on-site computers support PowerPoint only. Mac users can export their files to PowerPoint by selecting "Export to PowerPoint".
- You may download the PRESENTATION TEMPLATE with the event graphics, which is optional.
- When saving your final presentation on a USB flash drive, ensure that all video or multimedia files (if any) are included. External content should be embedded directly into the presentation.
- Please check the time and duration of your talk carefully (sent via e-mail). To keep the schedule running smoothly, please adhere strictly to your allotted time and arrive in the room before the session starts.
Disclosure
- Speakers are required to include a disclosure slide at the beginning of their presentation. This slide should be placed immediately after the title slide. The disclosure slide must contain a personal disclosure statement indicating whether the speaker has any conflicts of interest or other relevant information to disclose.
- Oral presentations must be free from commercial bias and must focus solely on scientific and educational content. Presenters are not permitted to include promotional, advertising, or marketing content, including product or company branding, logos, slogans, or other materials intended to promote a commercial product, service, or organization. Any references to commercial products or companies must be scientifically justified and relevant to the content. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to request the removal or modification of any content considered to be commercially biased or promotional.
File Upload
There are two ways to upload your presentation:
1) Online in Advance (recommended)
- UPLOAD THE FINAL VERSION OF YOUR PRESENTATION HERE by Wednesday, November 4, 2026. The Secretariat will ensure your presentation is available on the lecture room network, eliminating the need for on-site upload. Please note that we cannot guarantee that presentations submitted after November 4 will upload in time, so those files must be uploaded on-site via a USB flash drive.
- If you are presenting more than one abstract, please name your presentation files accordingly.
- Uploading online in advance is mandatory for speakers presenting in the first sessions on November 6.
or
2) Onsite at the Venue
- If you have not uploaded your presentation in advance, please hand over your file to the A/V personnel in the lecture room on a USB flash drive as soon as possible upon arrival, but no later than 30 minutes before the start of your session. If there is no break immediately before your session, please upload your presentation during the last break before your session.
- The A/V personnel will upload your presentation, and you can check that it runs correctly.
- Please note that if you are late, we cannot guarantee the timely upload of your file.
- You may upload files only during breaks; uploading while a session is in progress is not permitted.
Presenting from your personal laptop is not permitted in the lecture room.
In the Lecture Room
Speakers are requested to be present in the lecture room at least 10 minutes before the session starts to meet with the session chairs. Please be ready to present when your turn comes to ensure the session runs smoothly. It is advisable to remain in the lecture room prior to your presentation time in case of any last-minute schedule adjustments (e.g. a cancelled presentation before your talk).
