POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

All presenting authors attending the Annual Meeting are required to bring their printed posters to the venue. The event does not include any e-posters. Therefore, there is no need to upload posters online.

Poster Dimensions

The maximum allowed poster dimensions are 50 x 50 inches.

You can select from portrait, landscape, or square orientation, but please ensure your poster does not exceed the maximum size. Otherwise, there will not be enough space for your poster.

Mounting Your Poster

The poster area will be located in the Delta Room and will be open for poster mounting from Friday, November 7, 8:00 am. Posters should be set up ideally before the Welcome & Opening remarks at 9:00 am. Suitable fixing material will be available on-site.

One poster will be placed on one side of the board, and each poster spot will be given its unique number. Please ensure that you mount your poster on the poster board with the number corresponding to the one assigned to your poster (sent via email). Poster numbers have been distributed based on topics from the abstract submission.

Please remove your poster by Sunday, November 9, 12:30 pm. The event organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to posters that are not removed by the specified time. Posters left behind after this time will be disposed of.

Posters Session

Presenting authors are encouraged to be present during the poster session (Saturday, November 8, 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm) to answer any questions delegates may have.

You can also make yourself available for a discussion near your poster during the coffee breaks and lunch breaks, if you wish.

Tips for Preparing Your Poster

  • Content: Use a short descriptive title, full names of contributing authors, and their affiliations.
  • Make your message clear: Highlight your AIM and CONCLUSION using bold and colored fonts.
  • Be brief: Use bullet points and only the most relevant text. 200-300 words are more than enough for the main text.
  • Pictures and graphics: Particular attention should be paid to the resolution of pictures. As a rule of thumb, use at least 300 dpi resolution. Make use of color and graphics. At least 2 pictures or figures are recommended to graphically show your study results.
