Abstracts will be available online in the International Journal of Particle Therapy (IJPT) after the event.

Accreditation

The PTCOG-NA 11^th Annual Meeting is approved for MPCEC by the CAMPEP (general sessions) and for CE credits by the ASRT (RTT/Dosimetry Workshop). The Annual Meeting has also applied for the CE credits by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB) (RTT/Dosimetry Workshop).

Name badges shall always be worn during sessions and the official program.

Certificates

Attending participants can download their Certificate of Attendance, and presenters can also download their Certificate of Oral/Poster Presentation in the Online Portal within 2 days after the event.

Evaluation Form

The Meeting Survey will be available online on the website after the event.

Food and Beverages

Breakfast, Coffee Breaks and Lunches are included in the registration fee and will be served in the Event Center Pre-function Area & Event Center Section C (Lunches). Click here for the venue floor plan.

Insurance and Liability

The Organisers will accept no liability for personal injuries sustained or for loss or damage to property, belongings of Meeting participants or their accompanying persons, either during or because of the Meeting or during the official program. Participants are recommended to seek insurance coverage for health and accident, lost luggage, and trip cancellation.

Presentations

Oral presentations can be uploaded online in advance (UPLOAD HERE) or handed to the A/V personnel in the lecture room on a USB stick no later than 20 minutes before the start of the session. All speakers are requested to be in the lecture room 10 minutes before the session starts to meet with the session chairs. Please see the full guidelines here.
