• Room Tax of 16% per night

Child Policy

• Children 17 years or younger will stay free of charge in an adult’s room with existing bedding.

Reservations, Payment & Guarantee Policy

• Each guest must make their booking on the hotel’s custom website by the recommended date of October 6, 2025. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation before 3:00 pm the day before the guest’s check-in date, the Hotel will charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus applicable taxes.

• Guests will be required to present a valid photo ID and to provide a valid credit card to be authorized for the stay’s total amount for room and tax, hotel services, as well as for the incidental deposit of $150.00 at the time of check-in. Hotel’s standard Guestroom Cancellation and No-show Policies apply.

Early Departure Fee

• All sleeping rooms shall be subject to an Early Departure Fee equal to one night’s room rate, plus applicable fees and taxes.

Book Timely

• Timely booking is recommended; the PTCOG-NA special rates will be available until October 6, 2025. The hotel will continue to accept reservations after this date at the prevailing room rate, subject to availability.

• Check-in Time: 3:00 pm
• Check-out Time: 11:00 am
